Shipping & Returns

Shipping is often one of the most difficult areas for companies to keep waste to a minimum. At Shop Tafui we inspect and carefully hand pack all the orders in our studio. We reuse materials from incoming shipments and recycle all plastic. All unusable boxes are composted or recycled.

To protect our products from the elements during shipping, waxed paper is used. At Shop Tafui we are constantly looking for the best eco-friendly options for this and all other packaging components.

The Art Prints are shipped between two rigid boards and then wrapped with card board. 

Shipping Information

We deliver world wide and primarily use Canada Post as our means of postage. For larger items, when necessary, couriers will be arranged and relevant postage costs passed onto the customer.

All Canadian based orders are sent via Canada Post without delivery conformation. 
All international orders are sent with Canada Post - International Air.  When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. 

Don't forget to double check the address to which you wish your order to be delivered and the one supplied to me. 

I can not be held responsible for being supplied with an incorrect posting address. Redelivery will be at the cost of the customer.

For international orders please allow approx 2 - 4 weeks for delivery. At times Canada Post can take time getting orders to certain countries.

If your order is for a special occasion, eg. a birthday gift, and you require it to be delivered by a certain date please send me an email or leave a special note with your order. 
by giving me the relevant information and I will do my best to accommodate that :)
* All small prints comes in a self sealing plastic bag with acid free from board backing.   
* All large / custom size prints are wrapped in  recycled acid free tissue paper and posted in recycled postal tubes. 
*All originals are skinned in white acid free tissue paper and packaged very safely in foam board.
* I encourage customers to reuse or recycle all packaging

 Returns & Exchanges

From the time of purchase you have a 12 hours order cancellation.

Personalized or customized items cannot be returned or exchanged!

Personal commissioned orders CAN be canceled prior to printing but NOT prior to shipping. In this case, the buyer will be reimbursed 50% of the total cost.
Non-personalized orders CAN be canceled at any time prior to shipping. Buyer will receive 100% of total cost.

 

I personally inspect all orders before I send them off to you and will not be sent with any defects.
Therefor cannot be held responsible for any damages incurred by Canada Post.
Once the product has been dispatched to the delivery service by the seller the risk of loss passes to the customer.
