This geometric pattern was Inspired by birch branches and the beautiful impressions made by snow coated drain covers on a winter day. This pattern began as abstract reverse painting by Tafui. The artwork was then scanned and slightly edited achieve the best reproduction quality, then converted into a repeating pattern.
